About Me
Hi! My name is Sam, thanks for taking a peek at my portfolio.
I’ve worn a lot of hats in my career - from creating logos for small businesses to illustrating an all-ages comic - and now, I’m finding a lot of joy helping tech teams build great solutions for the everyday functionality required in healthcare software. I’ve had the privilege of working with incredibly intelligent, empathetic folks building products that improve outcomes for residents in assisted living facilities, and more recently working with the billing and sales teams to increase and organize incoming revenue for these communities.
I want to better understand other people’s perspectives in seeing the world around them, and build better tools to help them get where they’re trying to go.
When I’m not imagining solutions, I can be found with a coffee in hand, looking at art, playing Dungeons + Dragons (usually a cleric or bard, iykyk), eating pasta, and taking absurdly long walks along Lake Michigan.
